Prescription Ordering Time

The pharmaceutical industry has undergone massive change in recent years. Pharmacies and dispensaries often experience difficulties obtaining medicines in a timely manner. For this reason we ask that you allow 2 working days for Surgery staff to generate your prescription and another 5 working days for the pharmacy or dispensary to order, receive and dispense your medication.

Staff in our dispensaries, and in community pharmacies are experiencing abuse for delays beyond their control. Please be patient and treat staff with respect.
